Nomini withdrawal time: processing times per the rules

Values per operator; differing values side by side.

How we collect the data ▸

How long a withdrawal at Nomini takes depends on two stages. First, the finance department processes the request, according to the terms within 3 working days. After that, the chosen method needs its own transfer time: according to AskGamblers 24–72 hours for e-wallets and 1–5 days for bank transfer and card. The overview of Nomini withdrawals covers the casino's limits, fees and rules; this page deals only with the time between the request and the money arriving.

For Austria, Nomini runs its own version at nomini.com/at/ with a German interface and euros; according to terms section 2.3, Austria is not on the list of excluded countries.

II

Nomini withdrawal time at a glance

The table above gathers the values from the terms, AskGamblers and LCB. The order matters: the transfer time of the method only starts once the finance department has approved the request. While the request is open, the money stays with Nomini.

Three factors extend the first stage. The finance department works only on weekdays at fixed hours, every withdrawal is checked with an account verification, and depending on the VIP level the amount runs into daily and monthly limits. The minimum withdrawal is €10.

III

Processing: up to 3 working days per the terms

The terms of the Austrian version state that the finance department processes withdrawal requests within 3 working days. LCB takes over this value. For the waiting time in which the request sits in “pending” status, AskGamblers instead gives 0–5 days.

The AskGamblers range shows what happens in practice: some requests are approved the same day, others stay open longer. How processing and crediting differ in general and which times are common per method is explained on the page about withdrawal time at online casinos.

Whether a player can cancel an open request themselves is not covered by the evaluated terms excerpts: no information. A player further below describes the opposite case, in which the casino cancelled a request after days in “pending” status; the waiting time then starts again with a new request.

Another factor concerns the turnover of the deposit. According to the terms, Nomini withholds 10 % (min. €0.50) or 15 % for card and bank transfer if the deposit was not wagered at least 1x. AskGamblers, by contrast, lists no regular withdrawal fees. The deduction changes the amount, not the time.

An active bonus also holds funds back. For the welcome bonus, the bonus terms set a wagering requirement of 35x (deposit + bonus), 40x for free spin winnings, with a deadline of 10 days from activation. Until these conditions are met, the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn.

IV

Finance department Mon–Fri and the weekend

According to the terms, Nomini's finance department works Monday to Friday, 6–17 GMT each day. The times refer to GMT, not Austrian local time. There is no processing at the weekend.

For planning this means: a request that comes in on Friday after the finance department has closed is processed on Monday at the earliest. If a withdrawal is needed by a certain date, submit early in the week.

The live chat, by contrast, is available around the clock, 24/7. It can be used to ask about the status, but approval comes from the finance department during its working hours.

The terms do not list public holidays separately; whether the finance department works on Austrian public holidays is not stated: no information.

V

Time per method: e-wallet, bank, card

After approval, the time depends on the method. For e-wallets such as Skrill, Neteller or MiFinity, AskGamblers gives 24–72 hours. For Visa and Mastercard, AskGamblers states 1–5 days. For bank transfer the portals differ: according to AskGamblers 1–5 days, according to LCB 3–5 working days. For crypto withdrawals in Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ripple, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Tether, USD Coin or Dai there is no information on the time.

According to AskGamblers, Nomini offers Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Skrill 1-Tap, Neteller, Payz, MiFinity, Revolut, Jeton, SticPay, Payeer, Zimpler and bank transfer, among others, for withdrawals. PayPal is not listed. Some entries such as Interac, Pix or Pay4Fun target other markets. What the individual routes mean for players from Austria and how bank, card, e-wallet and crypto differ is shown in the comparison of withdrawal methods across the five casinos.

Paysafecard does not appear in Nomini's list of withdrawal methods. Anyone who deposits with a Paysafecard therefore needs a different method for the way back, and that is exactly where the casino checks ownership. Why withdrawing to Paysafecard is not possible at most operators and which routes remain is described on a separate page.

For Skrill and Neteller, AskGamblers records that deposits do not count towards the welcome bonus. This matters for the first deposit, not for the withdrawal time. During verification Nomini requests transaction histories of the payment methods, so the deposit route later becomes part of the check as well.

VI

Verification as a time factor

The biggest source of uncertainty is the account check. According to the terms, Nomini can request it at any time, before or after deposits and withdrawals; every withdrawal is checked with an account verification. It may ask for a certified identity card, proof of residence, proof of ownership, transaction histories of the payment methods, meaning bank or card statements, and where applicable a phone or face verification.

The terms name two deadlines for the duration. The check usually takes up to 10 days after complete submission. The documents must be provided within 30 days of the request. A blurred photo or a missing bank statement pushes back the start of the 10 days. Which documents the five casinos require and when the check falls due is set out side by side on the page about verification before a withdrawal for all operators.

The verification period runs separately from the finance department's 3 working days. The terms do not say whether an ongoing check pauses the processing period or whether both run in parallel: no information. Uploading the documents before the first request removes this uncertainty.

VII

Limits per VIP level

How quickly a larger win reaches the account in full also depends on the VIP level at Nomini. The terms stagger the daily limit: €500 for levels 1–2, €800 for level 3, €1,000 for level 4 and €1,500 for level 5. The monthly limit is €7,000 (level 1), €10,000 (level 2), €12,000 (level 3), €15,000 (level 4) and €20,000 (level 5).

An amount above the daily limit of one's own level therefore cannot be paid out on a single day. Information on a limit per transaction or per week, and on payment in instalments, is missing from the evaluated sources: no information. What daily and monthly limits look like at other operators and what else shapes online casino withdrawals for players in Austria is shown on the home page covering all five casinos.

VIII

When it takes longer: player reports

Player reports show that requests can stay open considerably longer. The country of these players is not stated in the reports; they are voices, not rules.

One player says they requested a withdrawal of €421 by bank transfer on 27 August 2026, which was delayed. Another writes: “Today marks the fourth business day, and the withdrawal has still not been approved.” On the fourth working day the request had therefore still not been approved, although the terms state 3 working days. A third says they had been waiting for 1,400 dollars since 6 September.

Even full verification does not protect against delays. One player describes themselves as “a loyal player with a fully verified KYC account” and still waited for a withdrawal of €1,000. Another reports a repeated delay followed by the “unfounded decline” of a request for €1,600. For someone else, the first withdrawal sat in “pending” status for 5 days before the site cancelled it: “My first withdrawal was pending for 5 days before it was eventually cancelled”. Yet another player writes that their account was closed right after the withdrawal request.

Keeping records helps: write down the request date, amount, method and status, save chat transcripts and follow up in writing. The live chat is available 24/7, the e-mail address is [email protected], and for complaints Nomini gives [email protected]. An e-mail enquiry has the advantage that the answer exists as a document.

One mistake can be avoided: closing the account with a balance out of frustration. According to the terms, closure is only possible with no remaining balance and no open withdrawals; anyone who closes with a balance loses it. In cases of suspected fraud or a breach of the terms, Nomini can, according to the terms, declare winnings void, cancel open withdrawals and confiscate the real-money balance.
