  • Licence: Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA), licence OGL/2024/570/0396 (per casino.guru)
  • Operator: Carrer N.V. (per casino.guru)
  • Payout time: processing within 24 hours (target), larger amounts take longer (per askgamblers.com) / processing up to 5 working days (per lcb.org)
  • Minimum withdrawal: €10

Anyone who wants to cash out winnings at Izzi Casino is looking for three things: when the money arrives, how much can leave at once and which payment route is open to players from Austria. The searches “izzi auszahlungstermine” and “izzi casino auszahlung österreich” point exactly in this direction. All figures come from third-party sources, mainly AskGamblers, LCB and Casino.Guru. These sources do not agree on everything, especially on the daily limit and the processing time. Where they differ, both values are shown side by side.

The process follows the familiar pattern of online casino withdrawals: first the casino checks the request, then the payment provider transfers the money, and at Izzi a mandatory identity check comes before the first withdrawal. On top of that come tiered limits per day, week and month and a minimum amount of €10.

Withdrawals at Izzi Casino at a glance

Izzi Casino is operated by Carrer N.V., and the licence comes from the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) under number OGL/2024/570/0396. The casino has been on the market since 2021. Austria is not blocked in the operator's country list, and EUR and USD are available as account currencies. The website is available in German; according to Casino.Guru, however, customer service and live chat run only in English and Russian. Support is reachable around the clock via live chat and by email at [email protected].

The key withdrawal data in short:

  • Processing: target within 24 hours according to AskGamblers, up to 5 working days according to LCB.
  • “Pending” status: 0–72 hours according to AskGamblers, 24 hours according to LCB.
  • E-wallet: 0–5 days.
  • Card and bank transfer: 3–5 days each.
  • Crypto: no data.
  • Weekend: no withdrawals at the weekend.
  • Limits (New/Regular status): €4,000 per day according to AskGamblers and Casino.Guru, €250 per day according to LCB; €20,000 per week; €80,000 per month.
  • Minimum withdrawal: €10.
  • Fees: no deposit or withdrawal fees.

VIII

Time: processing and payout

The waiting time at Izzi consists of two stages. In the first, the request sits in “pending” status while the casino checks it. In the second, the payment provider moves the money to the player's account. Both stages have their own times, and for both the sources give different values.

For processing, AskGamblers gives a target of 24 hours, while LCB speaks of up to 5 working days. The “pending” status looks similar: 0–72 hours according to AskGamblers, 24 hours according to LCB. The range is wide, and it decides whether a withdrawal reaches the payment provider the next day or only the following week.

After approval, the transfer time depends on the chosen route. For e-wallets such as Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity or Jeton the data give 0–5 days, for Visa and Mastercard 3–5 days, and for bank transfer also 3–5 days. There is no data on the duration of crypto withdrawals. How processing and payout are split at other casinos is shown in the overview of withdrawal time with the values for each method.

For the question of “payout dates”, one rule is central: Izzi does not process withdrawals at the weekend. A request made on Friday afternoon therefore waits until Monday, and only then does the check begin. In an unfavourable case, that is up to 72 hours “pending”, the weekend and 3–5 days for card or bank, more than a week can pass between request and payout. Anyone who wants to plan a withdrawal is best off submitting it at the start of the week.

IX

Limits and minimum amount

The sources differ most on the daily limit. AskGamblers and Casino.Guru state €4,000 per day for New/Regular status. LCB, by contrast, gives €250 per day from the first deposit and assigns this value to the entry level of the loyalty programme. The difference is considerable: at €250 per day, a withdrawal of €2,000 takes eight processing days, while at €4,000 per day the same amount leaves in one day. According to AskGamblers, the limits rise at higher levels of the programme.

The weekly and monthly limits are clearer in the data: €20,000 per week and €80,000 per month, each for New/Regular status. There is no fixed limit per single transaction; it depends on the payment method. If an amount exceeds the limit of the chosen method, Izzi pays out in instalments. For a larger win this means it arrives in partial amounts spread over several days or weeks, not in one transfer.

The minimum withdrawal is €10. On fees, the principle is clear: deposits and withdrawals are free of charge. LCB, however, names an exception that matters for bonus players: anyone who withdraws before meeting the wagering requirements pays a 10% commission. What daily, weekly and monthly caps look like at other operators and which minimum amounts are common is collected on the page on withdrawal limits with fees compared.

X

Methods for players from Austria

The full list of withdrawal routes at Izzi covers Mastercard, Visa, Neteller, Skrill, MiFinity, Jeton, bank transfer, Trustly and Interac, plus seven cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Binance, Ripple, Ethereum and Tether. With crypto, the withdrawal route and the account currency need to be kept apart. AskGamblers lists all seven currencies as withdrawal routes; Casino.Guru shows only Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether as account currencies.

For players from Austria the list is shorter. Withdrawals go to Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer. The same seven routes are available for deposits. This has a practical advantage: anyone who deposits with one of these routes can withdraw to the same route.

Not listed are eps, Paysafecard and Klarna. Anyone expecting an online banking method common in Austria will not find it in the data for Izzi. For Paysafecard even the deposit is missing. Why withdrawing to Paysafecard usually fails and which routes remain instead is explained on its own page.

Three criteria from the data help when choosing a route. First, time: e-wallets take 0–5 days, card and bank 3–5 days. Second, the limit: because the per-transaction limit depends on the method, a route with a higher cap can avoid instalments. Third, proof: for verification, Izzi asks for evidence that the payment method belongs to the player; an account or wallet in the player's own name makes this step easier. A comparison of bank, card, e-wallet and crypto for Austria is offered by the overview of withdrawal methods across all casinos.

One point from player voices concerns deposits but affects the later withdrawal. A player writes: “deposit I made to Izzi casino with a credit card was not credited”. A €50 card deposit had been charged but not credited. Anyone depositing by card should keep the booking receipt; at Izzi, proof of deposit is one of the documents that can be requested during verification anyway.

XI

Verification

At Izzi, verification before the first withdrawal is mandatory. The first withdrawal request is released only after the check is complete. From an amount of approx. €1,200 a further check is possible, even if the account has already been verified.

LCB lists the proofs Izzi can request:

  • an official document: ID card, passport or driving licence;
  • proof of address;
  • proof of ownership of the payment method;
  • proof of deposit;
  • video verification.

There are two figures on duration. According to LCB, the document check takes 0–2 days, and elsewhere LCB gives 48 hours. According to AskGamblers, delays of up to 72 hours can occur.

Players who want to shorten their own part prepare the documents right after the first deposit: a clearly readable photo of the ID, a current proof of address and evidence for the payment method, such as a bank statement or a screenshot of the e-wallet showing the name. Questions about the check are answered by the live chat, which according to Casino.Guru is conducted in English or Russian. Which documents casinos generally require and when the check is triggered is described on the page on verification before a withdrawal with timing and duration for each operator.

XII

Bonus and withdrawal

An active bonus changes withdrawals at Izzi considerably. According to Casino.Guru DE and AskGamblers, the welcome bonus is 50% up to €300 on the first deposit, with a minimum deposit of €20. AskGamblers also lists two further offers: 100% up to €600 and 100% up to €300 plus up to 500 free spins.

The 50% up to €300 offer carries a 45x wagering requirement. The sources disagree on the base: according to Casino.Guru DE, it applies to bonus plus deposit, according to AskGamblers only to the bonus. The difference is large. With the full €300 bonus on a €600 deposit, 45x on the bonus alone means wagering of €13,500, while on bonus plus deposit it means €40,500. The maximum stake is €5 per bet. No source gives a deadline for meeting the wagering requirements.

Winnings from a bonus are capped as well. For the deposit bonus, the maximum withdrawal is 5 times the bonus amount, so at most €1,500 with a €300 bonus. For the 50 no-deposit free spins on Izzi Art, a cap of 10 times applies. Anything won beyond that is forfeited on withdrawal.

How wagering, maximum stake and maximum withdrawal generally interact and what matters for the request is explained on the page on cashing out a bonus with worked examples.

On account closure there is no data on what happens to a remaining balance. Anyone who wants to close the account should withdraw the balance first and put the request in writing by email.

XIII

Where the sources differ

Besides the daily limit, processing and pending time, the sources differ on the wagering base and the language:

  • Wagering base: bonus plus deposit according to Casino.Guru DE, bonus only according to AskGamblers.
  • Language: website in German according to Casino.Guru and AskGamblers; LCB does not list German. German-language support is not confirmed.

For planning, this means: when in doubt, work with the less favourable value. Anyone requesting a withdrawal of more than €250 should be prepared for it to arrive in daily instalments. Anyone using a card or bank account should allow up to 5 working days of processing plus 3–5 days of transfer time, excluding the weekend.

The licence question also touches on the legal framework. Under § 3 GSpG, gambling in Austria is reserved to the federal state, and online gambling is offered within the monopoly by win2day of Österreichische Lotterien GmbH. A licence from the Curaçao Gaming Authority is not a concession under the GSpG. According to government bill 594 d.B., payment blocking for unlicensed operators is planned; it has not yet been passed. What this would mean for withdrawals and what role § 52 GSpG and the case law of the OGH play is described on the page on the legal situation in Austria with the monopoly and licences.
