At Nomini Casino three things decide when winnings reach your own account: processing by the finance department, the payment method you choose and your level in the VIP programme, which sets the daily and monthly limit. For Austria, Nomini runs its own version at nomini.com/at/ with a German interface and EUR as the account currency. The rules of that version, the figures from Casino.Guru, AskGamblers and LCB and reports from players together give a fairly precise picture.
The general steps of online casino withdrawals apply here as well: first the casino checks the request and the account, then the payment provider transfers the money.

Nomini Casino withdrawals at a glance
According to section 2.3 of the terms, Austria is not on the list of excluded countries. The terms are available in German, and according to Casino.Guru the support team also answers in German. It can be reached through a live chat around the clock (24/7) and by email at [email protected]; formal complaints go to [email protected]. The casino was founded in 2019.
VIII
Time: processing and payout
The question of how long a Nomini withdrawal takes has two parts. In the first stage the request sits in "pending" status: according to the terms, the finance department processes withdrawals within 3 business days; LCB gives the same figure, while AskGamblers mentions 0–5 days. The account check also runs during this time (see Verification). Only once the request is approved does the second stage begin at the bank or payment provider.
For this second stage AskGamblers gives 24–72 hours for e-wallets and 1–5 days for cards and bank transfers. LCB puts bank transfers at 3–5 business days. There is no data for cryptocurrencies, even though Nomini lists several of them as withdrawal options. Adding processing and payout together, even an e-wallet withdrawal can take more than a week in an unfavourable case.
The calendar matters a great deal. According to the terms, the finance department works Mon–Fri 6–17 GMT, and nothing is processed at weekends. The hours refer to GMT, so in Austria it is one or two hours later, depending on summer or winter time. A request that arrives on Friday after closing time is handled on Monday at the earliest, and the 3 business days count from then.
How processing and payout add up at other operators, and where the longest waits arise, is shown in the overview of withdrawal time with figures for each method. For Nomini, a rule of thumb applies: if there is no approval by the end of the third business day, that is a reason to ask about the status in the live chat.
Several players report that the deadline does not always hold. One writes: "Today marks the fourth business day, and the withdrawal has still not been approved." Another requested a withdrawal of €421 by bank transfer on 27.08.2026 and then waited considerably longer than stated. A third says he has been waiting for 1400 dollars since 6 September. A player with a fully verified account also describes a delayed withdrawal of €1000: "a loyal player with a fully verified KYC account".
IX
Limits and minimum amount
The Nomini withdrawal limit is not the same for every player; it is linked to the VIP programme. According to the terms of the Austrian version, these daily limits apply: €500 at VIP levels 1–€2,800 at level €3,1,000 at level 4 and €1,500 at level 5. For the month, the rules list €7,000 at level €1,10,000 at level €2,12,000 at level €3,15,000 at level 4 and €20,000 at level 5.
No source gives a limit per transaction or per week; there is no data on either. Nor is there a rule on how amounts above the limit are paid out, that is, whether and in what instalments. In practice this means that new players start on the lower levels, and a large win is spread over many days at €500 per day. Anyone on level 1 who wants to withdraw more than €7,000 in a month hits the monthly limit, even if the daily limit still has room.
The minimum withdrawal is €10 according to LCB. According to AskGamblers there are no regular withdrawal fees. The terms do, however, include a retention: if the deposit has not been wagered at least 1x, Nomini keeps 10 % (min. €0.50), or 15 % for cards and bank transfers. So anyone who deposits and withdraws the amount without playing does not get the full sum back. On top of that there is an inactivity fee of €5 per month once the account has not been used for 180 days.
X
Methods for players from Austria
The full list of withdrawal options according to AskGamblers is long: Visa, Mastercard, Skrill 1-Tap, Skrill, Neteller, Payz, Payeer, bank transfer, MiFinity, Revolut, Jeton, SticPay, Zimpler, Interac, Pix and Pay4Fun. Cryptocurrencies are added to that: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ripple, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Tether, USD Coin and Dai.
For players from Austria the list is shorter. According to AskGamblers, deposits and withdrawals are possible with Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and Jeton. Bank transfer is listed as a withdrawal option, with deposits made via Sepa. Only LCB lists eps and Klarna as payment services, without saying whether they apply to deposits, withdrawals or both. Anyone counting on an online banking method common in Austria should check this in the cashier before the first deposit.
Skrill and Neteller come with a catch that indirectly affects withdrawals: deposits through these two e-wallets do not count towards the welcome bonus. For withdrawals, however, both are accepted and, at 24–72 hours after processing, are among the shorter routes. A comparison of bank, card, e-wallet and crypto for Austria is offered by the overview of withdrawal methods covering all casinos on this site.
One gap concerns Paysafecard. According to AskGamblers it is available at Nomini for deposits only. Anyone who deposits with Paysafecard therefore needs a second route in their own name for withdrawals, such as an e-wallet or a bank account. Why withdrawing to Paysafecard fails at almost every casino, and which proof is then requested, is explained on its own page.
XI
Verification
According to the terms, Nomini can request verification at any time, before or after deposits and withdrawals. One thing is fixed: every withdrawal is checked with an account verification. Anyone who only uploads documents with the first request adds the length of this check to the wait.
The terms list the following documents:
- a certified identity card;
- proof of residence;
- proof of ownership;
- transaction histories of the payment methods, i.e. bank or card statements;
- where required, a phone or face verification.
The check usually takes up to 10 days after complete submission. If Nomini requests documents, they must be provided within 30 days. Combined with the 3 business days of processing, this gives the longest period that can be planned for: anyone withdrawing for the first time without prior verification should allow a good two weeks before the payout even begins.
A completed check does not always end the wait, as the case of €1000 quoted above shows. It still makes sense to have the documents ready right after the first deposit, so that at least your own part is done. Which documents casinos generally ask for and when is described on the page about verification before a withdrawal with timing and duration for each operator.
XII
Bonus and withdrawals
An active bonus ties up the balance at Nomini until the conditions are met. The welcome bonus of the Austrian version is 100 % up to €500 plus 200 free spins and 1 Bonus Crab, with a minimum deposit of €20. Wagering is 35x (deposit + bonus), and winnings from the free spins must be wagered 40x. The deadline is 10 days from bonus activation, and the maximum bet with a bonus is €5.
The basis of the calculation matters: wagering applies not only to the bonus but to the sum of deposit and bonus. Anyone using the full amount must therefore wager 35 times both amounts within 10 days, without betting more than €5 per round. Missing the deadline usually means losing the bonus and any winnings from it.
For the maximum withdrawal, the rules distinguish by offer. For the deposit bonus they name no cap. For a no-deposit bonus the withdrawal is capped at 5x the bonus amount, and for no-deposit free spins at winnings of max. €80. What wagering, maximum bet and maximum withdrawal mean at other operators is set out on the page about cashing out a bonus with examples.
XIII
Account closure and remaining balance
One rule affects players who want to leave Nomini. According to the terms, an account can only be closed when there is no remaining balance and no pending withdrawal. Anyone who closes with a balance loses it. The order is therefore always: withdraw first, wait for the payout, then request closure.
In cases of suspected fraud or a breach of the terms, the rules provide for harsher consequences: winnings become void, pending withdrawals are cancelled and the real-money balance can be confiscated. One player reports that his account was closed right after the withdrawal request: "They closed my account after I made a withdrawal request". Another asked in the chat for the permanent closure of his account because of a gambling addiction and later found it open again. Anyone closing an account for this reason should therefore also put the request in writing by email.
XIV
When a withdrawal is stuck or declined
The rules and reports point to several typical reasons for a stuck Nomini withdrawal: verification is still open, the request fell on a weekend, the daily or monthly limit of the VIP level has been used up, or a bonus has not yet been wagered. One player describes his first withdrawal sitting in "pending" status for 5 days before the site cancelled it: "My first withdrawal was pending for 5 days before it was eventually cancelled". What the terms say about pending, cancelled or blocked withdrawals is sorted by cause on the page about withdrawal problems.
Harder is the case where a withdrawal is not delayed but refused. After repeated delays, one player describes the refusal of a withdrawal of €1600 and speaks of "the subsequent unfounded decline of my withdrawal request". A short message to [email protected] with the date of the request, the amount, the method and the stated reason helps in that situation. The reasons casinos cite in their terms when a withdrawal is declined, and how to document them, are collected on the page withdrawal declined.
XV
Where the sources differ
For Nomini the figures diverge in several fields:
- Operator: Naale Limited according to Casino.Guru, Stellar Ltd according to AskGamblers, Tranello Group of Companies according to LCB.
- Licence: Anjouan (Comoros), licence ALSI-202411077-FI2 according to Casino.Guru and AskGamblers; LCB lists "No license" or still Curaçao.
- Processing: up to 3 business days according to the terms and LCB, 0–5 days according to AskGamblers.
- Bank transfer: 1–5 days according to AskGamblers, 3–5 business days according to LCB.
- eps and Klarna: listed only by LCB, direction unknown.
For planning this means: when in doubt, count on the longer value, so for a bank transfer 3 business days of processing plus 3–5 business days for the payout. On the licence: under § 3 GSpG, gambling in Austria is reserved to the federal state, and online casino games are offered within the monopoly by win2day of Casinos Austria. A licence from Anjouan or Curaçao is not a concession under the GSpG.
