Anyone cashing out at Verde Casino faces three questions: how long does approval take, which monthly limit applies, and when does the casino ask for documents? The answers are scattered across the English terms and conditions dated 25.02.2026, the KYC policy, the bonus terms and the figures published by AskGamblers and casino.guru, and in several places they contradict each other. The general overview of online casino withdrawals in Austria explains the terms; what follows are the values for Verde only.
Player accounts about Verde revolve around three topics: cancelled requests, document checks left open for weeks and blocked accounts.

VII
Verde Casino withdrawals at a glance
The operator is Wiraon B.V., registered in Curaçao under registration number 146886; payments are processed by Briantie Limited, based in Cyprus. Verde is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under number OGL/2024/686/0183 and was founded in 2022. Austria is not on the list of excluded countries in section 4.4 of the terms. There is no dedicated Austrian version: the /at/ address redirects to the English site, the German interface sits under /de/, and the currency is the euro. Support runs via live chat and email, with live chat also in German.
Two rules shape everything else. The deadlines in the terms apply explicitly only to players who have successfully completed the KYC check. And under section 8.11.2, funds are paid out via the same method that was used for the deposit.
VIII
Time: processing and crediting
Verde separates two stages: approval by the casino and transfer time at the payment provider. Up to €499, approval should take between 5 minutes and 12 hours, but no more than 2 working days. Between €500 and €4,999 the terms state 5 minutes to 48 hours and no more than 5 working days. For €5,000–29,999 the limit is up to 30 working days, and from €30,000 the conditions are agreed individually with the site administration.
Working days means that weekends and public holidays do not count. The terms also point out that most payment providers, especially banks, do not process payments on weekends and public holidays; AskGamblers likewise lists weekend cashouts as “No”.
After approval, the transfer time of the method is added. The operator itself gives no figures for this. AskGamblers gives 0–24 hours for e-wallets and 1–7 days each for bank transfer and card. There is no figure for crypto withdrawals, neither from the operator nor from AskGamblers or casino.guru. How approval and transfer add up at other operators is shown in the comparison of withdrawal time by method and casino.
For the time a request stays “pending”, AskGamblers gives a range of 0–96 hours. This figure does not match the tiers in the current terms. It probably comes from an older version that AskGamblers quotes as follows: requests up to €30,000 could take up to 96 hours, but no more than 14 working days. The version dated 25.02.2026 is the one that applies.
Player accounts show how these deadlines play out. One player refers to the deadline in the terms for €3,500 with the sentence “I have to wait a maximum of 5 working days for my request” and writes that the period passed without any information. Another has two requests of €300 each open and records: “Support keeps telling me I will get it soon”.
IX
Limits and minimum amount
Limits are where the figures diverge most. Section 8.17 of the terms sets no flat monthly cap but a conditional one: if withdrawals and the current balance together reach at least 20 times the sum of all deposits, withdrawals can be limited to €5,000 per 30 days. Players with high winnings relative to their deposits therefore receive the amount in stages over several periods.
AskGamblers, by contrast, lists a flat €5,000 per month as the withdrawal limit. casino.guru describes withdrawals in euros as unlimited, and the marketing text on the German homepage states verbatim: “Im Gegensatz zu anderen Casinos gibt es bei uns keinerlei Auszahlungsgrenzen.” (“Unlike other casinos, we have no withdrawal limits at all.”)
The terms name no limit per transaction, per day or per week; no figure is available. From €30,000, section 8.16 refers to individual conditions, and the terms also state that other withdrawal options and conditions can be negotiated individually with the administration. There is no explicit instalment rule, and the word does not appear in the terms.
No source gives a minimum withdrawal amount either. AskGamblers notes that minimum and maximum amounts only become visible in the cashier after the account has been opened.
AskGamblers lists no deposit or withdrawal fees. The terms, however, reserve the right to withhold 20% of a withdrawal if less than twice the deposit has been wagered, and to charge a fee equal to the casino's own costs for money that was never put into play.
What terms provide for pending, cancelled or blocked withdrawals is collected across operators in the overview of withdrawal problems together with the relevant clauses.
X
Methods for players from Austria
The AskGamblers method list shows which options players from Austria see. Deposits are possible via Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, MiFinity and Jeton. For withdrawals, the list shows Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton and bank transfer. The general withdrawal list also includes Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Binance, Litecoin and SPEI. casino.guru notes that availability depends on the country.
Section 8.11.2 of the terms is decisive: funds are withdrawn via the same method used for the deposit. How bank, card, e-wallet and crypto compare at other operators is shown in the overview of withdrawal methods for players from Austria.
Paysafecard appears only on the deposit side. It is missing from the list of withdrawal options, so every Paysafecard deposit later needs a second withdrawal route. The terms do not say how Verde applies section 8.11.2 in that case. Which routes remain and why casinos ask for card receipts is explained on the page about withdrawing to Paysafecard, with figures from several casinos.
eps appears only in the marketing text on the homepage, without separating deposits from withdrawals. The same text also names discontinued services such as Entropay and GiroPay and is therefore not a reliable indication. None of the sources mentions Klarna.
On crypto, the operator contradicts itself. The “About us” page names Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and Tether, AskGamblers adds TRON, Dogecoin, USD Coin and Binance, and casino.guru lists crypto deposits and withdrawals. The KYC policy, however, excludes payments from anonymous payment instruments and explicitly names cryptocurrencies as an example. One player reports that crypto withdrawals were blocked for his account, while a bank transfer was not an option for him in his country. No source gives a transfer time for crypto withdrawals.
XI
Verification
The KYC policy sets the latest point: once the total of a player's transactions reaches or exceeds 1,000 USD/EUR, a check is carried out. The terms phrase it for withdrawals: if the requested amount exceeds 1,000 USD, identification must be carried out. In addition, Verde reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time.
According to the KYC policy, the following may be requested:
- a copy or photo of the identity document;
- a photo of the payment card used or intended to be used for deposits;
- a photo of the player holding the requested documents;
- in some cases proof of address, such as a utility or telephone bill;
- a bank statement or employer letter and a handwritten statement;
- a call with the support team, including a video call.
The operator does not say how long the check takes; no figure is available. Because the deadlines in the withdrawal tiers only start after KYC is complete, the time spent on the check does not count towards them. Completing the verification before a withdrawal right after the first deposit means the withdrawal request starts without that delay.
One player writes “I uploaded my documents over 2 weeks ago”, without the documents having been processed. Another reports “my account is still unverified after 17 days, and my payment has been declined”, even though all documents had been accepted. A third describes the request being cancelled again after the documents were accepted: “Then my withdrawal was cancelled again”.
The heaviest accounts concern blocked accounts. One player reports “Account blocked after successful KYC and video verification”, another “the blocking of my account and confiscation of my balance” on a balance of €1,516. The terms list the cases in which winnings are forfeited: duplicate or third-party accounts, fraud and bonus abuse. After an account is deactivated, no withdrawal is possible, and after closure nothing more is credited or converted to cash. Section 31.2 therefore implies: withdraw the balance before self-exclusion or closure. The reasons casinos give in their terms when a withdrawal is refused are compared across several operators on the page withdrawal declined.
XII
Bonus and withdrawal
According to the German homepage, the welcome package comprises up to €1,200 and 220 free spins across the first four deposits. The first deposit brings 120% up to €300, the second 150% up to €300. The operator text is not consistent here: another stage is also labelled “first deposit”. AskGamblers lists an exclusive offer of 250% up to €2,000 and 50 bonus spins, which differs from the package on the homepage.
Four rules of the bonus terms matter for withdrawals. The bonus amount must be wagered 40 times. Until wagering is complete, the maximum stake is €5 per spin; this also applies to the gamble feature, and a feature buy counts as a spin. A breach leads to cancellation of real and bonus balances. Wagering must be completed within 5 days unless the bonus states otherwise; for the welcome bonus, there are also 4 days to activate and 48 hours to deposit. For sports betting bonuses the maximum stake is €50.
Finally, the maximum cashout caps the winnings. For no-deposit bonuses a max cashout under the bonus terms applies, plus the deposit amount. The rule kicks in when the withdrawal including the wagered bonus exceeds €500, and Verde deducts the excess on withdrawal. For all other bonuses, including cashier bonuses, the bonus terms set a maximum transferable amount of €50. casino.guru lists 50 no-deposit free spins on Joker Stoker with 3x wagering and a maximum cashout of €25.
Accepting a bonus ties the balance to these rules until wagering is complete, and for bonus abuse Verde withdraws real and bonus balances under the bonus terms. How wagering, maximum stake and maximum cashout work at other casinos is laid out side by side on the page about cashing out a bonus.
XIII
Where the sources disagree
At Verde the contradictions span almost every withdrawal topic:
- Time for large amounts: the terms and the older version quoted by AskGamblers differ (see Time).
- Pending status: the AskGamblers range does not fit the tiers in the terms.
- Monthly limit: the terms, AskGamblers, casino.guru and the homepage each say something different (see Limits).
- Fees: none according to AskGamblers; a withholding under the terms.
- Crypto: “About us” and the KYC policy contradict each other.
- Support: according to “About us” around the clock, 365 days a year; according to the English homepage not available throughout the day; the German homepage also mentions phone support, which no other source confirms. Live chat and email are certain.
Where the figures contradict each other, section 23.1 makes the English version of the terms binding. A figure for one's own request can be confirmed in the live chat and saved as a screenshot.
Short answers
FAQ
Every answer names its source.
How long does a Verde Casino withdrawal take?
Under the terms, approval takes 5 min–12 h up to €499 (max. 2 working days), 5 min–48 h for €500–4,999 (max. 5 working days) and up to 30 working days for €5,000–29,999. Transfer time is added: according to AskGamblers 0–24 hours for e-wallets and 1–7 days for bank and card.
Why was my Verde Casino withdrawal declined?
The terms name duplicate or third-party accounts, fraud and bonus abuse as reasons for forfeited winnings. Under the terms, deadlines only run after a completed KYC check, and payouts go only via the deposit method (section 8.11.2).
When does Verde Casino require verification?
At the latest when transactions reach 1,000 USD/EUR or a withdrawal of more than 1,000 USD is requested. Verde can, however, request proof of identity at any time. The operator gives no duration for the check.
Does Verde Casino have a withdrawal limit?
Under section 8.17, up to €5,000 per 30 days if withdrawals plus balance reach 20 times the deposits. AskGamblers states a flat €5,000 per month, casino.guru unlimited. No limit per day, week or transaction is specified.
Can players from Austria withdraw at Verde Casino?
Austria is not on the excluded list in section 4.4 of the terms. According to AskGamblers, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton and bank transfer are listed for withdrawals, Paysafecard is not.
Are there fixed withdrawal dates at Verde Casino?
No, the terms set no dates but deadlines in working days. Weekends and public holidays do not count, and according to the terms banks in particular usually do not process payments on those days.
Why is a withdrawal at Verde Casino not possible?
Once an account is deactivated or closed, Verde pays nothing out under the terms. Without a completed KYC check no deadlines run, and players who deposited by Paysafecard need another withdrawal route because the card is not among the withdrawal methods.
“Play now” leads to the operator's website.
