At Starda Casino every withdrawal depends on three things: the casino's processing time, the limit of your own status level and the document check that becomes due above certain amounts. People mostly search for "starda casino auszahlung" and for the "withdrawal dates", meaning when the money actually arrives in their account. The figures come from the 2024 archived version of the operator's site and from the data published by LCB, AskGamblers and Casino.Guru, and in several places they differ from one another.

How processing, limits and verification work together in general is explained in the overview of online casino withdrawals for players in Austria.

Starda Casino withdrawals at a glance

The operator is GALAKTIKA N.V., based at Scharlooweg 39 in Willemstad, Curaçao. Starda is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under number OGL/2024/169/0146 and was founded in 2022. According to the operator's data, sign-ups from Austria are not blocked, and accounts are held in EUR or USD. The website is available in German under /de/, but according to Casino.Guru live chat and customer service run only in English and Russian. Anyone who wants to sort out a withdrawal in the chat should therefore ask in English right away and save a round of follow-up questions.

The key figures in short: minimum withdrawal €10, daily limit €4,000 in the MID and HIGH status levels, weekly limit €20,000, monthly limit €80,000 or €125,000 depending on the source. Processing takes up to 5 working days according to LCB, and as a rule there are no withdrawal fees. According to LCB, Starda reserves the right to run a check from a withdrawal of 1,250 $ or cumulative deposits of 2,000 $.

Support is available by live chat around the clock (24/7) and by e-mail. The sources contradict each other on the phone: the operator mentions a callback or phone support, while LCB lists no direct phone support. The support e-mail address is [email protected]. For questions about the status of a withdrawal, chat and e-mail are therefore the reliable channels.

VIII

Time: processing and payout

At Starda the time a withdrawal takes is made up of several stages. First, the request sits in "pending" status. LCB gives 24 hours for this, AskGamblers a range of 0–48 hours.

Next comes processing by the casino. LCB states up to 5 working days for this. If a document check is also due, LCB counts 48 hours for KYC. This time is added on top when the documents are only submitted together with the withdrawal request.

Last comes the transfer time of the payment method. AskGamblers gives 0–5 days each for e-wallets, bank transfer and card. For crypto withdrawals there is no information on the duration, neither from the operator nor from AskGamblers or LCB. How approval and transfer time add up at other operators is shown in the comparison of withdrawal time by method and casino in Austria.

Starda does not name fixed withdrawal dates. According to AskGamblers, no withdrawals are processed at the weekend. A request made on Friday evening is therefore processed further on Monday at the earliest, and the working days of the deadline only start counting then.

Sequence: a request made on Friday sits 24 hours in pending status according to LCB, processing rests over the weekend according to AskGamblers, from Monday up to 5 working days run, and with KYC another 48 hours are added according to LCB.

Two player voices show how long it can take in practice. One player stresses that he had done everything ("I fully verified my account at Starda Casino"), earlier withdrawals had gone through, yet the current one had been stuck for weeks. Another reports that support keeps putting him off with the same line: "Support keeps telling me it would take about 5 days". The 5 days match LCB's processing period and AskGamblers' upper limit, but they are not a fixed payout date.

If a request stays open much longer or gets cancelled, the terms are the place to look. What casinos provide for pending, cancelled or frozen requests is collected on the page about withdrawal problems with the clauses of several operators.

IX

Limits and minimum amount

The minimum withdrawal is €10 according to LCB. Smaller winnings stay in the account until they reach this threshold.

At the upper end, Starda staggers its limits by status level. According to the archived operator site, the MID and HIGH levels have a daily limit of €4,000. At the TOP level it rises to €10,000, at the PRO level to €15,000. For crypto withdrawals the operator names a separate limit of up to 50,000 $ per day. The weekly limit is €20,000 according to Casino.Guru.

The figures diverge on the monthly limit. Casino.Guru, the AskGamblers table and LCB give €80,000 for the MID and HIGH levels. LCB adds €200,000 for TOP and €450,000 for PRO. The body text of AskGamblers, on the other hand, states €125,000 per month. A per-transaction limit is not stated, nor is a rule on paying out in instalments: there is no information on either.

In practice this means a larger win at Starda is paid out spread over several days, because the daily limit kicks in before the weekly and monthly limits. A player at the MID or HIGH level who has won €20,000 reaches the weekly limit after five payout days at the daily limit. At the TOP level the weekly limit is reached after two payout days (2 × €10,000), at the PRO level also after two days (€15,000 plus €5,000). Casino.Guru gives the weekly limit without any staggering by status. Anyone who uses the full weekly limit every week reaches the monthly limit of €80,000 after four weeks on paper, and the €125,000 figure only after a good six weeks. How daily, weekly and monthly caps look at other casinos is set out side by side in the overview of withdrawal limits with minimum amounts and fees.

A fee rule also belongs with the limits. As a rule Starda charges no withdrawal fees. The exception: anyone who withdraws without having wagered a deposit pays 10 % of the amount.

Methods for players from Austria

For players from Austria, AskGamblers lists Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Klarna (Instant Bank Transfer), Sofort, MiFinity, Jeton and bank transfer (SEPA) for deposits. For withdrawals the list shows Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Jeton and bank transfer. eps is not listed.

The general withdrawal list is longer: Mastercard, Neteller, Paysafecard, Skrill, Trustly, Visa, bank transfer, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, Tether, TRON, Ripple, Interac, Payz, Neosurf, Binance, MuchBetter, Jeton and Dogecoin. Not all of them are available for Austria: Trustly, Interac, MuchBetter, Payz, Neosurf and the cryptocurrencies do not appear in the AskGamblers list for Austria. Which options are actually offered is shown in the cashier after opening an account.

AskGamblers does not distinguish between e-wallet, bank and card when it comes to transfer time. How bank, card, e-wallet and crypto differ at other operators is explained in the overview of withdrawal methods for players from Austria with transfer times and fees.

The Paysafecard stands out. AskGamblers also lists it on the withdrawal side at Starda, although many casinos only offer it for deposits. Whether payouts to the card are actually enabled in your own account is only shown in the cashier. How such a withdrawal works and which routes remain if it does not appear there is described on the page about withdrawing to Paysafecard with the values of several casinos.

XI

Verification

LCB describes two thresholds from which Starda reserves the right to run a check: a withdrawal of 1,250 $ or more, or cumulative deposits of 2,000 $ or more. In addition, the casino can request documents on demand before any withdrawal. Small amounts are therefore not automatically exempt from checks.

According to LCB, the following documents can be requested:

  • ID card, passport or driving licence;
  • proof of address;
  • proof of the payment method;
  • proof of deposit;
  • selfie with ID;
  • video verification.

According to LCB the check takes 2 days, i.e. 48 hours. Anyone who completes the verification before a withdrawal right after the first deposit saves these 48 hours on the first large request and avoids follow-up questions during the pending phase.

Verification comes with an account rule. According to LCB's analysis of the terms, Starda may close accounts at its own discretion without prior notice and then refunds the account balance. The analysis does not say how the balance is paid out in that case.

XII

Bonus and withdrawal

The welcome bonus gives 100 % up to €600 on the first deposit, in a variant with up to 500 free spins. The minimum deposit is €20. Four rules matter for the withdrawal: wagering, maximum bet, deadline and maximum win.

There are two readings of the wagering. For the 100 % up to €600 bonus both sources give 45x, according to Casino.Guru on bonus and deposit, according to AskGamblers on the bonus only. With a deposit of €100 and a €100 bonus, that makes a difference of several thousand euros in wagering. For the variant with 500 free spins AskGamblers gives 40x on the bonus, and winnings from free spins have to be wagered 30x.

While a deposit bonus is active, the maximum stake is €5 per bet. No source names a deadline for the wagering; there is no information on it.

At the end, the maximum win caps the withdrawal. For the 100 % up to €600 bonus both sources give 10x the bonus. For the variant with 500 free spins the figures diverge: unlimited according to Casino.Guru, likewise 10x the bonus according to AskGamblers. How wagering, maximum bet and maximum cashout are handled at other casinos is shown on the page about cashing out a bonus with the values of several operators.

Anyone playing without a bonus does not face these limits.

XIII

Where the sources differ

At Starda the discrepancies mainly concern limits and deadlines:

  • Pending status: 24 hours according to LCB; 0–48 hours according to AskGamblers.
  • Duration: according to LCB processing up to 5 working days plus 48 hours of KYC; according to AskGamblers 0–5 days per method.
  • Monthly limit: €80,000 for MID and HIGH according to Casino.Guru, the AskGamblers table and LCB (TOP €200,000, PRO €450,000 according to LCB); €125,000 according to the AskGamblers body text.
  • 45x bonus wagering: on bonus and deposit according to Casino.Guru; on the bonus only according to AskGamblers.
  • Maximum win with 500 free spins: unlimited according to Casino.Guru; 10x the bonus according to AskGamblers.
  • Phone: callback or phone support according to the operator; no direct phone support according to LCB.
  • Language: website in German; live chat and customer service only in English and Russian according to Casino.Guru.

The operator's figures come from the 2024 archived version. Anyone who needs a binding value for their own request, such as the daily limit of their status level, should ask for it in the live chat and save the answer as a screenshot.
