Withdrawing to Paysafecard: why it rarely works and what remains
An answer to one question, with the values per operator.
A withdrawal to Paysafecard is the exception at online casinos. Of the five casinos compared here, four accept Paysafecard only for deposits or do not list it at all, and only at Starda does it also appear among the withdrawal options according to AskGamblers. Anyone who deposits with Paysafecard therefore almost always needs a second route for cashing out: an e-wallet, a bank account or a card. Which of these are listed for Austria and how they differ is shown in the overview of withdrawal methods, split into bank, card, e-wallet and crypto.
The same searches keep coming up on Google: “casino auszahlung paysafecard”, “online casino paysafe auszahlung” or “casino auszahlung auf paysafe konto”. The short answer from one forum reads: “mit Paysafe auszahlen kannste nirgendwo” (you can't cash out with Paysafe anywhere). It is not quite that absolute, but the direction is right. Anyone planning online casino withdrawals from the start picks the return route at the first deposit and keeps the Paysafecard receipts, because casinos often ask for exactly these receipts as proof later.

Paysafecard: deposits yes, withdrawals?
The payment lists of the five casinos for players from Austria give a clear picture. At four operators Paysafecard works in one direction only at the cashier: money comes in, but does not leave the same way.
- HellSpin: deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Jeton, MiFinity and bank transfer. Withdrawals go to Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton and bank transfer; Paysafecard is missing from that list.
- Verde Casino: Paysafecard is listed among deposits next to Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and Jeton. For withdrawals AskGamblers names Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton and bank transfer, without Paysafecard.
- Nomini: according to AskGamblers, Paysafecard is explicitly “deposit only”. Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and Jeton work both ways, and bank transfer is listed as a withdrawal route.
- Izzi Casino: Paysafecard is listed neither for deposits nor for withdrawals. Both directions run via Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer.
- Starda Casino: here AskGamblers lists Paysafecard under both deposits and withdrawals, next to Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Jeton and bank transfer.
Starda is therefore the only one of the five operators where Paysafecard shows up as a withdrawal route at all. Anyone counting on Paysafecard as the return route at Starda should check in the cashier before the first deposit whether the option is actually offered for their own account.
II
Which method instead
If Paysafecard is ruled out as the return route, the same three groups remain at all five casinos: e-wallets such as Skrill, Neteller and Jeton (MiFinity at four of the five, not at Starda), bank transfer, and Visa and Mastercard. At all five, the general method lists add crypto routes, for example Bitcoin, Litecoin or Tether. Which group fits depends on three questions: how long may it take, which minimum amount applies, and which route can you document later?
On timing, e-wallets lead wherever figures exist. HellSpin gives 0-24 hours for e-wallets according to the AskGamblers table and up to 12 hours according to LCB, Verde 0–24 hours, Nomini 24–72 hours. Bank transfer takes 5-9 days at HellSpin, 1–7 days at Verde, 1–5 days at Nomini according to AskGamblers or 3–5 business days according to LCB. At Izzi, e-wallets take 0–5 days and bank transfers 3–5 days; at Starda both take 0–5 days. Casino processing takes 0-72 hours at HellSpin, up to 3 business days at Nomini according to its terms (0–5 days according to AskGamblers), 0–72 hours at Izzi according to AskGamblers or 24 hours according to LCB, and 0–48 hours at Starda according to AskGamblers or 24 hours according to LCB; Verde states 5 min.–12 hours up to €499 according to its terms, 0–96 hours according to AskGamblers. Both together make up the waiting time; how both add up to the total withdrawal time is broken down per operator on that page.
The minimum amount deserves a second look. HellSpin, Nomini, Izzi and Starda name €10 as the minimum withdrawal, but HellSpin requires €500 by bank transfer. Anyone playing with small Paysafecard amounts who wants to cash out to a bank account at HellSpin cannot get below that threshold and needs an e-wallet. For Verde there is no information on the minimum; AskGamblers refers to the cashier after the account is opened.
At the domestic monopoly provider the question looks different. A forum user writes about win2day: “Du musst über ein Bankkonto in Österreich verfügen” (you must have a bank account in Austria). There, too, the return route runs through an account in your own name, not through a prepaid card. For every route the same holds: an e-wallet or bank account that is set up before the first deposit saves a round of queries when cashing out.
III
Deposit without wagering: what is withheld at withdrawal
Several operators regulate in their terms what is withheld when a withdrawal is made without wagering the deposit; this also applies after a Paysafecard deposit.
According to its terms, Verde Casino withholds 20 % of the withdrawal if less than twice the deposit has been wagered; AskGamblers, by contrast, lists no withdrawal fees. According to its terms, Nomini withholds 10 % (min. €0.50) or 15 % for card or bank transfer if the deposit has not been wagered at least 1x. Starda charges 10 % of the amount if a withdrawal is made without wagering the deposit. For Izzi, LCB names a 10 % commission if a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirements are met. HellSpin charges withdrawal fees according to AskGamblers, but their amount is not stated.
For Paysafecard players this means: anyone who deposits, barely plays and wants to redirect the balance to an e-wallet may pay part of it as a fee. At Nomini, deposits via Skrill and Neteller do not count towards the welcome bonus, so the choice of method already affects the bonus terms. How wagering, maximum bet and maximum cashout interact is explained on the page about cashing out a bonus with the figures of the five casinos.
IV
Keep your Paysafecard receipts
The most common stumbling block with Paysafecard deposits does not appear at the cashier but during the check before a withdrawal. Casinos want to know that the deposited money comes from the account holder. With a card or an e-wallet the name is on the account; a prepaid card is not registered to any name; the only proof left is the card itself and the purchase receipt. These are exactly the documents that are then requested.
The document lists show how common this is. HellSpin, Izzi and Starda explicitly name proof of deposit, and Izzi and Starda also proof of ownership of the payment method. According to its terms, Nomini requires transaction histories of the payment methods used, and Verde a photo of the payment card used for deposits. When this check comes is set differently: HellSpin usually at the first withdrawal, Verde at the latest from 1,000 USD/EUR, Nomini at every withdrawal. Anyone who completes verification before a withdrawal right after the first deposit still has the receipts at hand.
Two forum posts show how costly missing receipts can be. A player from Austria writes that the casino again wants a “Foto von die paysafecard die habe ich aber schon weggeschmissen” (a photo of the paysafecard, but I already threw it away) and asks: “was kann ich tun ?” (what can I do?). Another wanted to withdraw €5000 deposited by Paysafecard and was asked for “die belege der paysafecards die ich zur einzahlung genutzut habe” (the receipts of the paysafecards I used to deposit). He no longer had them, the account was closed, and he asks: “Wie kann ich dagegen vorgehen” (how can I fight this). What the terms say about stuck or cancelled requests and blocked accounts is collected on the page about withdrawal problems.
In practice: photograph every Paysafecard after redeeming it, keep the dated receipt and match both to a deposit in the casino account. If a receipt is already gone, it is worth asking support which substitute proof is accepted, for example the receipt from buying the card or a list with the date and amount of each deposit. There is no promise that this will suffice.
V
my paysafecard account: what the sources say
The search query “casino auszahlung auf paysafe konto” aims at an account with Paysafecard itself. For the five casinos compared here there is no information on it: neither the AskGamblers payment lists nor the terms name a Paysafecard account as the destination of a withdrawal. Even at the only operator with Paysafecard on its withdrawal list, Starda, it remains open where exactly the money goes.
